The healing program involves two 90 minute sessions designed to get to the heart of your issues quickly and heal them as soon as possible.
In Session One, we will use a core language approach to identify whether you have ancestral or attachment related stress (or both). We will map out your family genogram (like a family tree) to the best of your knowledge. Following this, you will have brought emotion and energy to the surface and we will immediately clear and heal this with a 45 minute reiki energy treatment.
In Session Two, we will address unhealed wounds related to your ancestry that no longer serve you. You will stand in the footsteps of family members that passed inherited trauma to you and detach from those past traumas using language and somatic (body related) clearing techniques. Again, we will heal whatever has arisen during this seassion with a 45 minute reiki treatment.
The Ancestral Healing program is a practical and active method to help you detach from unhelpful patterns you’ve inherited from the past. The program will be deeply healing, regardless of how much personal or spiritual development work you’ve done already.
Sessions are conducted in Melbourne. A modified version can be done live via Zoom, if you live outside of Melbourne.
